Our study explores the expanding gospel witness in the unfolding historical narrative of Acts— conformed to the plan of God, providentially led by Jesus, fueled by the Holy Spirit; how the history of the early church shows that the gospel is for anyone who believes it; how the supernatural confirms the church’s Christ-like witness and mission; that persecution is the gateway to expanded mission; and that we, the contemporary church, continue to extend this mission directed work of the Lord Jesus Christ.
